Happy Life Social App Post Types
To create a post select the box with a plus symbol on the dashboard and it will bring up the menu to select the type of posts you can create.
There are five type of posts you can create in the Happy Life Social App:
· Text posts
· Taking and posting a new photo
· Recording and posting a new video
· Uploading an image or video from your device’s gallery
· Streaming live for your subscribers
Creating a Text Post
To create a text post select the "Az" icon from the post menu.
Create a tile for your post in the limit of 36 characters in the space labeled "Title". Below the title where it says "What's the scoop" type out what you would like to post. When you are finished, select "Post" in the top right corner and it will show your post on your profile and to those who follow you.
If you would no longer like to create a post, simply select "Cancel" from the left hand corner and it will take you back to the previous screen.
Taking and Posting a New Photo
Select the camera icon from the post menu and give the app permission to access your camera if you haven't already. Simply take a photo and it will pull up the space for you to write a text post to go with your photo with the image below it.
When you've titled your post and added any comments to your photo, hit "Post" in the top right hand corner and you are done!
Recording and Posting a New Video
Select the camcorder icon and give the app permission to access your camera if you haven't already. When you are done recording (up to five minutes) , review your video by watching it replay. If you are satisfied with your recording, title your post and write any comments you want to correspond with your video and select "Post" in the top right corner. Now you're done!
Uploading an Image or Video from your Device’s Gallery
Select the portrait image icon from the post menu. Then select whether you want to upload an image or a video from your library.
When you have uploaded your image or video, title your post and put any comments you would like to accompany it. Then select "Post" and you are done!
Streaming Live for your Subscribers
By selecting the "Live" button it accesses your devices camera and starts streaming live on your profile. Any subscribers you have are alerted to you streaming. It is left as a post on your profile for anyone who missed it to view later.
