Login to the Happy Life beta. When you have logged in click "View Sessions" to view the two beta tracks.
2. Select either the "Emotions Track" or the "Thoughts Track" to start the sessions. Click on the first box below Week 1 to start the lessons.
3. When you have finished the first session, click "Mark as Viewed" and hit the "Next" button to move on to the next part of the lesson.
4. Continue this process until you have finished the whole track with all its weeks and lessons. Make sure to take the assessment at the end of each week to complete the chapter.
