If you log into your account with an email address and a password and you need to reset your password, use the "Forgot my password" link on the sign in page for FLN Connect. Once you enter your email address on the sign in page and click "Next," you'll see the link that says "Forgot my password."

The password reset email you receive is valid for only one hour, but you can send yourself as many password reset emails as you need.
